Grant Requests
Please note that the MTS Board Of Directors are who view and decide on grant requests employees at the MTS are not aware of the status of grants until they are approved or denied. You will get an email within 30 days letting you know that your request has been sent successfully. Do not submit requests that need funds within 37 days of the date submitted. 

Please note that the application is done via a Google Form. While the individual creating the request will need a google account they are free to make. Also note that the individual can chose any contact email in the application to have their approval or denial sent to it does not have to be the google account used to fill out the form. You can use your .Mil email address or any personal email address even if it is not a @gmail.com address.
Please click the blue APPLICATION FOR FUNDS button to bring you to our google form. This will open in a new window. The application takes about 15 minutes to complete and must be completed in one sitting. You will be asked for a budget sheet that gives itemized details of what the requested funds would be used for. Please have all of this information PRIOR to filling out the form. You can download the budget sheet by clicking on the red BUDGET SHEET button. Please download the budget sheet and fill it out BEFORE completing the application so that you do not need to restart the application. APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN UPDATED BUDGET SHEET.
